This page allows you to reserve your custom LIFE IN LAYERS™ contemporary collage artwork — Michel Keck’s immersive, story-driven art experience where your life becomes the material, the muse, and the message. Whether you're commissioning it for yourself or gifting it to someone extraordinary, this is a once-in-a-lifetime, truly one-of-one gift unlike anything else that exists.
Your finished artwork will be printed on archival fine art paper, surrounded by a 2" white mat, and professionally framed in a black wood gallery frame — ready to hang the moment it arrives.
The images shown here are of an Indiana art collector's own personal life in layers commission that she ordered to have her own story told via a Keck collage. The artist titled this piece "Waiting on a Wish", a title born from information provided to her by the art collector.
Each and every commission is unique. Michel Keck works often in earthtone colors as seen in the example image of her commissioned piece titled: Waiting on a Wish. If you or your loved one has a certain color scheme that you request Keck work in please provide this information when you submit your photographs.
How to Begin Your Commission
This order form secures your commission with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be invoiced upon completion. Your artwork will ship within 5 business days of final payment.
This deposit is your commitment to the process — and Michel’s commitment to transforming your story into a bold, intuitive, deeply personal work of art.

The $598.00 price is to have your custom created collage printed on 16" x 20" fine art paper with out frame dimensions being 21.25" x 25.25". She more information directly below about the finished artwork dimensions. You may also opt to have your one of a kind, custom created collage printed onto larger canvas options. SHIPPING: You one-of-a-kind Life in Layers collage, whether ordered as a 16" x 20" on fine art paper, or on one of our larger gallery wrapped canvases will arrive to your home wired and ready to hang right out of the box. Your will will be shipped to you FREE within the continental U.S.
What Happens After You Order
Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit:
- 1–3 childhood photographs (yours or the person you're gifting it to)
- A concise written life story (approx. 400–500 words — the length of one typed 8.5" × 11" page in 14-pt font)
Your story should touch on the moments that shaped you, the challenges that defined you, the loves, passions, and turning points that make your life uniquely yours.
Michel will use this as the emotional blueprint for your LIFE IN LAYERS™ collage.
